1 General Provisions and Definitions

In this document, "1xbd", "platform" or "we" refers to the authority operating this website. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to the person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Services" means sports betting, casino games, live casino, virtual games, and any other online gaming activities. "Account" means a member's own registered profile and the balance held within it.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken as your agreement to the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.

2 Membership and Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account with 1xbd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must open the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
• One person may operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Accounts may not be opened from regions or circumstances where online gaming is legally prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

If verification of a member's identity, age, or payment method is required, we may request relevant documents. 1xbd reserves the right to restrict deposit, betting, or withdrawal activity until this process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 1xbd is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other accepted scheduled banks may be used.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. 1xbd reserves the right to cancel deposits made from third-party accounts and return the associated funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

To withdraw, any active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be fulfilled. Withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

In the case of unusual transactions or suspected fraud, 1xbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation. Associated funds may be held until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 1xbd can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in betting turnover.

A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 1xbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant account.
• Certain games or markets may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements.

4.3 VIP Cashback

1xbd's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. At each tier, a set percentage of weekly net losses is returned as cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. Cashback is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for that week. For example, if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in cases of technical errors, incorrect odds display, or event cancellation, 1xbd may cancel the bet and return the original stake. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments. Rules that apply in the event of a match or tournament being cancelled, suspended, or reduced will be stated separately on each event's page.

5.3 Slots and Casino Games

Each game's own rules apply and can be viewed within the game interface. RTP figures are always approximate and reflect a long-term average — they are not a guarantee of winnings in any single session.

5.4 System Errors

If abnormal results occur due to software or network errors, 1xbd reserves the right to void the outcome of the relevant bet or game. Abnormal winnings obtained in such circumstances will not be paid out.

6 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xbd:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account using a third party's identity.
• Strategically arranging bets to obtain bonuses or abusing bonuses in any way.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
• Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or software, or gaining unauthorised access.
• Deceiving other members or providing false information.

If such activities are identified, the account will be immediately cancelled and funds may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

7 Personal Data and Privacy

1xbd's Privacy Policy applies to the collection, storage, and use of members' personal data. Personal data is never sold to third parties — it is used only for service delivery, verification, and legal obligations.

All data transfers are secured using SSL encryption technology. Payment-related information is stored in accordance with the highest security standards.

8 Responsible Gaming

1xbd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Our Responsible Gaming Policy explains how members can set their own betting limits, temporarily suspend their account, and seek help if needed.

It is each member's personal responsibility to prevent minors (those under 21) from accessing gaming. The use of parental controls on devices in a family setting is recommended.

9 Support and Dispute Resolution

1xbd's support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, in both Bengali and English. You can reach us via live chat or email.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please first try to resolve it through the support team. An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of submitting a complaint. 10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may apply to close their account at any time. Any available balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. If a balance remains after closure, it will be returned once the applicable verification is completed.

10.2 Closure by the Platform

1xbd may cancel an account in the event of prohibited activities as described in Section 6, provision of false information, bonus abuse, or any breach of these terms. Funds obtained unlawfully may be forfeited in such circumstances.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

1xbd reserves the right to take action regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with its own policy. The applicable rules regarding funds held in inactive accounts can be obtained through the support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

1xbd always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, the platform's liability is limited for any loss caused by technical outages, third-party software issues, or internet disruptions.

The financial risk of gaming activities rests entirely with the member. Be aware of your own means and limits before making decisions. Any losses will not exceed the actual amount deposited — however, the return of that deposit cannot be guaranteed.

12 Changes to Terms and Their Effect

1xbd has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as agreement to the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect. This document represents the complete agreement between 1xbd and the member and supersedes any prior oral or written discussions.
